Welcome to Fuera Made. Our goal is to provide high-quality, Spanish-inspired outdoor furniture that enhances your outdoor living experience. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Made-to-Order Production: All our furniture is custom-made upon order to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.

Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically take 2-8 weeks to be delivered, depending on the item. Customers are advised to check specific lead times before purchasing.

Direct-to-Customer Shipping: Your order will be shipped directly to your specified address upon completion. We will provide tracking information when available.

Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as material shortages, production delays, or courier disruptions may occur. Fuera Made is not responsible for such delays.

International Shipping: If ordering from outside our primary shipping region, please contact us before purchasing to confirm shipping availability and costs.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Made-to-Order Policy: Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Pergolas – No Refund Policy: Due to their custom nature, pergolas are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the correct ground conditions, space, and local permissions before placing an order.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

4. Installation & Fitting

Fitting is Not Included: Our furniture is delivered as described in the product listing. Installation or assembly is not included in the purchase price.

Optional Fitting Services: We can arrange professional installation for an additional fee. Please inquire about pricing before purchasing.

Customer Responsibility: If you choose to install or assemble items yourself, Fuera Made is not liable for any damages or improper installation.

5. Warranty & Product Care

Warranty Coverage: All products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or weather damage.
